This is a very fun, exciting and energizing event which requires creativity, involvement and out of the box thinking from each of the participants. Team members will need to interact and communicate effectively to achieve their goal of building a tower.
The group will be divided into teams of 5, with each team receiving a limited supply of materials which will be needed to complete the activity. The overall objective will be to build the tallest, most decorative tower in the allocated time. To put the cherry on the top… or is that the ‘egg’, it will need to be constructed in such a way that an egg must balance on the top for at least a minute to qualify. This can often have egg shattering consequences.
This event will really lift spirits and leave people with a sense of accomplishment. In addition to having a lot of fun, the delegates will also learn the importance of teamwork and the benefits thereof. Of course there is also a bit of rivalry and competition involved and the winning team with the most impressive tower , which can withstand the egg test will win a prize.
