“The Core" is named to represent the centre, a foundation, or nucleus from which leaders can derive proper action. This course provides participants with a complete understanding of Situational Leadership® concepts and use of the model. The course is taught with particular emphasis on hands-on experience at diagnosing situations and practical real-life applications.
