Overview
Do you know what makes your team tick? Do you truly understand what they are saying? Is your management style effective for the team?
The Whole Brain Approach to Management Development is based on The HBDI; a profiling tool that measures ones thinking preferences. It is these thinking preferences that guide our every day actions, from something as basic as how we speak to how we take our decisions.
The Whole Brain Approach, an organizing principle of mental processes, presents a unique new method of diagnosing business situations. It provides an understanding of key presentation and communication issues that have resisted meaningful measurement until now.
