The objective is to cross 50 foot course without touching the ground. To help you do this you are given Magic mats. These mats have a tendency to fly away so you must hang onto them at all times. Will you be able to cross as a team or will your mats fly away? A fun activity which highlights many facets of what teams need at the workplace to be able to function well.
