Teacher’s anxiety, due to parental pressure, for the child to achieve is more than ever and success is being seen as the ‘marks’ the child scores. Teacher’s have become victims of a rat race which promises recognition based on the child’s performance in the examinations. Failure on part of the child has lead to frustration and sorrow for them.
How can we add enrichment to the learning environment? The goal is to learn how to manage our teaching environment and how to use it to help us. It involves a holistic understanding of the learning model of the child. It involves balance. It needs the recognition of the child’s potential and put the child in the driver’s seat.
